At No.3 Fine Jewelry, we want you to cherish your pieces forever; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all bespoke commissions and engraved items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping carton, ensuring all original certificates and appraisals are included.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus a restocking fee.
